Our snack production includes a wide range of Frollini, Krumiri and Biscuits available in different shapes and recipes (also lactose-free and yeast-free).

The main ingredients are Rice Flour and Corn Flour. 

Available in different flavours: cocoa, lemon, coffee, extra virgin oil, wine, or traditional recipe. 

We provide recipe customization based on customer's requirements.

Sbrisolina with Rice and Corn Flour 

Sbrisolina cake is a traditional dessert from Mantua: a small handcrafted, rustic and genuine mini tart. 

Each piece is unique and handmade, prepared with simple and high-quality ingredients such as corn flour, rice flour and chopped almonds. 

Lacotse inside. Yeast-free.

Sweet Cookies  

Our gluten-free cookies combine excellent taste with traditional handmade techniques offering an adaptable and versatile recipe (also lactose-free and yeast-free).

Larger than a traditional frollino tradizionale, these cookies are available in chocolate-flavoured and in traditional recipe with chocolate drops. 

Their size can be customized according to the customer's specific demands.

Salty and aromatized Sfoglie 

Our crispy rice-based or corn-based sfoglie are prepared with some simple and genuine ingredients such as rice or corn flour, water and salt. This oven-baked snack is crunchy in texture and light. Perfect for an happy hour or a savory break at any time of the day. 

Available aromas:

• Chilli pepper 

• Pizzaiola 

• Rosemary 

• Cheese 

•... and many others upon request. 

The "gocce snack" shape is also available.

Salty and aromatized Sfoglie 

Our salty bastoncini are crispy and adaptable snacks, ideal for happy hours, social gatherings and to be paired with cold cuts and cheese. Different lenght and sizes are available, according to the customer's demands, and  they can be flavoured with different aromas such as:

•  rosemary

• pepper

• cheese

• pizzaiola 

•  or the traditional and basic salty recipe.
